About Ini

Hello, I am Inioluwa, (Ini), meaning “Heritage of the Lord.”

“Lo, children are an heritage of the Lord: and the fruit of the womb is his reward.”

I am a believer in training, learning to walk with God while navigating the realities and demands of adulthood.

When I became an adult in the eyes of the world, I still felt very much like a child, longing for guidance and direction. Adulthood came without a manual, and even if one existed, it would not be one size fits all.

I quickly realized I needed a compass. Life presented endless choices, directions, and distractions, and without clear guidance, the path ahead felt uncertain.

That realization shaped how I chose to move forward, not alone, but with God.

There is a way which seemeth right unto a man, but the end thereof are the ways of death.

Adulting With God was born from this understanding.

About Adulting with God

This space exists to share lessons learned in real time and those understood in hindsight. It holds the mistakes I have made, the habits I am learning and unlearning, and the moments that continue to shape who I am becoming. Beyond my personal experience, it is a place to explore how God’s Word speaks into everyday life.

Every journey needs a compass. For Adulting With God, Psalm 119:105 lights the way.

Thy word is a lamp unto my feet, and a light unto my path.

God’s Word is not only meant to be read, but to be walked with. It is a lamp for each step taken and the light for the road ahead.

This is the Word I am choosing to hold tightly to, and the posture with which I am learning to live, Adulting With God.

My hope is that this space blesses and shapes you, as the Word, lessons, and experiences continue to serve as a testament to God’s faithfulness
